Saudi Vision 2030 Drives New Davra-Lumeron Digital Partnership
DUBLIN — Irish industrial IoT and artificial intelligence company Davra has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Saudi technology company Lumeron to deploy industrial digitalisation solutions across Saudi Arabia in support of Vision 2030.
Under the strategic partnership, Lumeron will lead customer relationships and project delivery in the Kingdom, while Davra will provide its industrial IoT and AI platform alongside technology and engineering expertise.
The companies will develop solutions covering predictive maintenance, asset performance monitoring, energy and emissions visibility, and AI-driven analytics.
The partnership combines Davra’s technology platform with Lumeron’s local delivery capabilities and the industrial experience and customer relationships of MASCO Group, which has operated across sectors including oil and gas, mining, industrial manufacturing and power.
The collaboration will target industries undergoing significant digital transformation in Saudi Arabia, including oil and gas, mining, manufacturing and smart infrastructure. It will also address Vision 2030 priorities across the environment, water and agriculture sectors.
Davra’s platform enables organisations to connect physical assets, consolidate data and deploy applications including predictive maintenance and digital twins at scale.
Faisal Alqanatish, CEO of Lumeron, said the partnership would add an industrial IoT and AI platform to the company’s portfolio while combining international technology with local execution.
“Through this strategic partnership with Davra, Lumeron is expanding its portfolio with a world-class Industrial IoT and AI platform, enabling us to deliver advanced digital solutions to clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider region,” Alqanatish said.
He added that the partnership would help organisations modernise operations, optimise critical assets and achieve measurable digital transformation outcomes.
Paul Glynn, CEO of Davra, described the agreement as an important milestone in the Irish company’s international expansion.
“Lumeron's industrial pedigree and local reach, combined with our technology, create a powerful base for digital transformation in the Kingdom,” Glynn said.
The signing in Dublin was attended by Hamoud Almutairi, Deputy Head of Mission at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Ireland.
The partnership also builds on Davra’s work with the European Space Agency in Earth Observation applications. Niall Bolger, Delegate and Lead on Earth Observation for the Irish Delegation to ESA, said recent work includes an EO-IoT data fusion layer designed to simplify the integration of Earth Observation data into industrial applications.
The agreement positions the two companies to pursue growing demand for connected assets, AI-driven operations and data-led industrial modernisation across Saudi Arabia.
