e& C&WS Partners with Philippines’ Globe Telecom to Secure and Manage International Voice Traffic

ABU DHABI — e& Carrier & Wholesale Services (C&WS), the international wholesale division of global technology group e&, has secured a strategic partnership with Globe Telecom, the primary telecommunications operator in the Philippines, to manage Globe's international voice traffic.

Under the agreement, e& becomes Globe's preferred international voice partner, providing global carriers with a secure gateway for voice traffic terminated on the Globe network across the Philippines. The architecture leverages e&'s voice security infrastructure, deploying an artificial intelligence-enabled voice firewall, real-time traffic monitoring, advanced analytics, and automated SIM-box detection.

"This agreement brings together Globe's market reach with our international voice network, routing expertise, and security capabilities," Nabil Baccouche, Group Chief Carrier & Wholesale Officer at e&, said in a statement. "It will provide carrier partners with a secure and efficient route to the Globe network, supported by real-time monitoring and AI-enabled fraud detection."

The collaboration addresses rising voice fraud, unauthorized traffic routing, and international bypass schemes. By combining Globe’s subscriber base in the Philippines with e&’s global wholesale network, international operators gain intelligent routing, enhanced traffic visibility, and consistent service management.
