e& UAE Unveils Sovereign Secure Website Hosting Platform Backed by 24/7 Dual NOC and SOC Oversight for Government and Enterprise
DUBAI — Telecommunications and technology group e& UAE has launched an enterprise grade secure website hosting service, providing government bodies and commercial enterprises with sovereign, locally hosted web infrastructure supported by integrated twenty four seven network and cybersecurity monitoring.
Operating under the institutional oversight of the UAE Cyber Security Council, the managed hosting platform is hosted entirely within e& UAE’s domestic on premise data center facilities. The architecture is engineered specifically for public sector organizations and enterprise entities operating high traffic, citizen facing portals or mission critical digital services that demand stringent data sovereignty, minimal latency, and strict regulatory compliance.
The technical backbone combines local hosting hardware with round the clock operational surveillance managed through e& UAE’s Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Security Operations Centre (SOC). While the NOC provides continuous telemetry on network health, traffic latency, and web application availability, the SOC maintains uninterrupted threat hunting and real time defense against emerging cyber vulnerabilities. This dual operational structure enables early threat detection, rapid incident mitigation, and elevated digital uptime.
The service incorporates a multilayered cybersecurity perimeter, including enterprise firewalls, distributed denial of service (DDoS) mitigation, real time event log tracking, web application firewall (WAF) filtering, vulnerability assessments, and regulatory compliance reporting. Flexible capacity provisioning allows subscribing organizations to dynamically scale compute, storage, and bandwidth allocations in lockstep with national digital transformation benchmarks.
His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Hamad Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government, affirmed that as civic and business workflows migrate online, web availability and incident readiness must form fundamental pillars of national cyber resilience. Al Kuwaiti noted that institutions must structurally embed defense in depth into digital assets while preserving rigorous visibility over data residency and operational systems.
