e& UAE Becomes First Regional Telco to Embed Agentic AI into Core Business Mobile and Fixed Connectivity
ABU DHABI — e& UAE, the flagship telecommunications arm of e&, has announced the integration of Agentic AI capabilities directly into its core business mobile and fixed broadband subscriptions, becoming the first telecom operator in the Middle East to natively embed autonomous AI into primary enterprise connectivity offerings.
The service integration embeds task-executing AI agents directly into everyday business tools. Unlike traditional reactive chatbots, Agentic AI systems are designed to understand complex business objectives, organize multi-source data, and autonomously execute multi-step operational workflows under defined organizational guardrails.
The capability is natively integrated into Business Pro fixed broadband plans and dedicated enterprise connectivity solutions, including Digital Internet and Digital Premium Internet. For business mobile customers, these services are available as value-added add-on modules.
To ensure data sovereignty and regulatory compliance, the deployment is backed by e& UAE’s Sovereign AI Compute infrastructure. This ecosystem combines localized access to in-country graphics processing unit (GPU) clusters with enterprise-grade secure network routing, ensuring sensitive corporate and government data remains strictly within national borders during AI development, training, and operational execution.

For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), native integration eliminates the overhead of sourcing disparate software licenses, compute clusters, and technical expertise. Large enterprises and government institutions can pair this agentic layer with high-capacity digital leased lines to automate distributed operations and handle data-heavy workloads securely.
The initiative aligns with the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031. Recent economic projections by PwC estimate that artificial intelligence will contribute nearly 14% of the UAE’s GDP by 2030, equivalent to approximately $96 billion in economic value.
