HUMAIN Makes Strategic Investment in MOZN to Co-Build Sovereign Enterprise AI Solutions

RIYADHHUMAIN, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities, has announced a strategic investment in and partnership with MOZN, a Saudi-based provider of enterprise AI for high-assurance domains.

The transaction represents one of the first investments executed through HUMAIN Ventures and marks HUMAIN's first equity stake in a Saudi company. The agreement also establishes a flagship collaboration under HUMAIN’s newly launched Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector division, designed to accelerate the deployment of sovereign AI infrastructure across regulated institutions.

The strategic funding will support MOZN's international expansion and accelerate the global scaling of its AI platform. MOZN currently serves over 150 enterprise clients across the financial services and public sector domains.

The joint initiative combines HUMAIN's locally operated full AI stack—including HUMAIN Fabric, HUMAIN ONE, advanced LLMs, and next-generation data center infrastructure—with MOZN's domain-specific products, regulatory capabilities, and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) deployment model. Initial product roadmap priorities will target financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) workflows.

Under the operational model, MOZN’s Forward Deployed Engineers will embed directly within client environments to co-design and deploy production-scale applications. Jointly built solutions will be distributed via the HUMAIN ONE AI Agent Marketplace.

"Enterprise AI only delivers value when organizations can deploy it securely, reliably, and at production scale," Tareq Amin, Chief Executive Officer of HUMAIN, said in a statement. "Our first investment in a Saudi company with MOZN strengthens our ability to deliver production-grade AI solutions for highly regulated environments, enabling measurable operational impact while expanding access to these capabilities across regional and global markets."

"This investment from HUMAIN is a strong endorsement of MOZN’s mission," Dr. Mohammed AlHussein, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of MOZN, said in a statement. "Together with HUMAIN, we are combining world-class infrastructure with deep domain expertise to co-create category-defining solutions built for financial institutions and public sector organizations."

Initial co-developed solutions and client deployments will be demonstrated at LEAP Riyadh, ahead of broad commercial release scheduled for H2 2026.
