PIF-Backed Humain Partners with EY MENA to Launch Saudi Arabia’s First AI-Native Business Process Outsourcing Platform
RIYADH — Humain, the sovereign full stack artificial intelligence company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has signed a strategic agreement with global professional services firm EY MENA to design, build, and deploy Saudi Arabia’s first AI native business process outsourcing (BPO) service.
The landmark partnership is engineered to fundamentally transform the traditional corporate shared services model by replacing labor intensive legacy outsourcing structures with intelligent, automated, and autonomous cognitive workflows. Underpinned directly by Humain’s full stack artificial intelligence architecture, which spans high performance compute clusters, sovereign foundation models, and enterprise software layers, the new BPO platform will deliver end to end process automation across corporate, industrial, and public sector operations.
Under the collaborative framework, EY MENA will contribute its specialized industry domain expertise, business architecture consulting, and large scale enterprise integration capabilities. Together, the entities will co develop specialized cognitive workflows across mission critical back office, middle office, and customer facing functions, spanning finance and accounting, human capital administration, legal process operations, compliance management, and customer lifecycle management.
Rather than retrofitting generative artificial intelligence as an incremental layer onto older enterprise resource planning systems, the platform is designed from the architectural baseline to be inherently artificial intelligence native. It utilizes multi agent orchestrations, continuous semantic learning, and predictive workflow automation to eliminate bureaucratic operational drag, lower transactional overheads, and dramatically increase output quality.
The initiative represents a pivotal strategic move within Saudi Arabia’s broader industrial modernization blueprint under Saudi Vision 2030. By deploying sovereign AI native outsourcing services within the kingdom, the joint venture aims to capture substantial regional enterprise spending traditionally exported to offshore shared service locations, while creating advanced technical employment roles for national software architects, algorithmic supervisors, and enterprise data specialists.
