RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Etihad GO Telecom Company (GO Telecom) announced on Sunday in a regulatory stock exchange filing that it has awarded a strategic contract valued at SAR 185.9 million ($49.52 million) excluding value added tax to Total Technical Triangle Company (3T) for the supply and installation of foundational infrastructure for a dedicated cloud and artificial intelligence data center.
Under the terms of the 12 month deployment agreement, Total Technical Triangle Company, which operates as an authorized partner of Dell Technologies, will oversee the complete procurement, installation, and technical commissioning of the facility’s high density compute architecture. The hardware deployment features advanced computing systems manufactured by Dell Technologies integrated with high performance graphics processing units (GPUs) engineered by NVIDIA.
Beyond core accelerated computing clusters, the contract scope encompasses enterprise server racks, auxiliary operational hardware, and the requisite software and technical licenses necessary to manage and orchestrate the cloud data center environment.
The capital investment forms a central pillar of GO Telecom’s corporate roadmap to broaden its digital services portfolio and diversify commercial revenue streams beyond traditional connectivity. Once commissioned, the cloud and artificial intelligence facility will directly bolster the operator’s enterprise business division, enabling the delivery of sovereign AI compute and scalable cloud services tailored for government ministries and private sector corporations across the Kingdom.
