TDRA Launches "Digital Enablers Experts" Program to Accelerate UAE Pass Integration Across 9 Modules

UAE

DUBAI — The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) has launched the "Digital Enablers Experts" program, a digital training track designed to upskill technical teams across government entities and private sector organizations in integrating UAE Pass (الهوية الرقمية) services securely into their operational systems.

Structured around the GovStack technology framework, the initiative transitions participating teams from conceptual compliance to hands-on deployment. The program is organized into nine specialized training modules covering the four essential phases of digital systems integration: Initiation, Development, Assessment, and Operational Go-Live.

The applied methodology directly addresses technical, regulatory, and cybersecurity integration requirements, helping organizations mitigate operational errors, accelerate connectivity timelines, and transition smoothly from planning to live execution.

"Investing in human capabilities is foundational to transforming digital enablers into a tangible impact on services," H.E. Eng. Majed Sultan Al Mesmar, Director General of the TDRA, said in a statement. "The program provides a unified practical pathway enabling entities to transition from understanding digital identity requirements to executing secure, effective operational integrations—turning digital enablers from isolated technical solutions into simpler, faster, and more interconnected government services."

The interactive, self-paced learning track features virtual sandbox laboratories and role-tailored content designed for technical developers, service owners, solution providers, and systems integrators looking to join the national UAE Pass ecosystem or upgrade existing integrations.

By expanding the reach of unified authentication, the initiative reinforces the role of UAE Pass in eliminating procedural duplication, enhancing user experiences, and advancing the nation's unified digital government ecosystem.
