Under the multi year mandate, Batelco by Beyon will deliver an integrated suite of enterprise telecommunications and digital infrastructure solutions encompassing fixed and mobile connectivity, advanced enterprise networking, satellite communications, and scalable cloud computing architectures. Expanding upon existing infrastructure services, the agreement introduces next generation unified communications and enterprise messaging platforms designed to interconnect more than 1,000 Gulf Air employees across domestic and international operational sites, enhancing cross departmental collaboration and elevating passenger communication touchpoints.

Maitham Abdulla, Chief Executive Officer of Batelco by Beyon, stated that the partnership with Gulf Air Group has matured over many years and that the new agreement represents a pivotal milestone in supporting the aviation group’s long term technological ambitions. Abdulla emphasized that as two premier national organizations, both entities share a strategic commitment to deploying advanced connectivity, cloud, and enterprise capabilities under a single cohesive framework to optimize operational agility and customer experiences.
