e& UAE Launches NetSecure360 to Help SMBs Assess and Secure Network Infrastructure
ABU DHABI — e& UAE has announced the launch of NetSecure360, a comprehensive network assessment, management, and cybersecurity platform designed to assist small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the United Arab Emirates in safeguarding their IT operations.
The platform provides SMBs with 24/7 visibility into their network environments, identifying configuration gaps, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities that risk disrupting day-to-day business operations.
In its initial rollout phase, NetSecure360 introduces two core service components:
NetAssess360: Evaluates an organization's existing network infrastructure to uncover performance gaps, configuration errors, and critical security vulnerabilities.
Manage360: Grants SMBs access to a dedicated IT helpdesk providing around-the-clock technical support, issue resolution, and operational maintenance.
The launch addresses growing operational risks in the region. Recent industry research by Optro revealed that 59% of UAE organizations lost more than $500,000 due to operational disruptions over the past two years, including incidents tied to IT failures and cloud service outages.
