Saudi Game Studio Majestic Mind Games Secures $1.45 Million Funding Round
JEDDAH — Majestic Mind Games, a Saudi game development studio based in Jeddah, has raised $1.45 million in a funding round co-led by Merak Capital and Impact46.
Founded in 2023 by Lujain Albukhari and Majed Anbar, the studio develops original intellectual property primarily for PC platforms, with plans to expand selected titles to console and mobile ecosystems. The core production team includes Lead Artist Samaher Bantan and Game Programmer Mohammed Baeshen.
The NEOM-backed studio focuses on crafting interactive entertainment experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking. The fresh capital injection will be allocated toward scaling development capabilities and accelerating the production of new original gaming titles tailored for international markets.
Investors highlighted that the Saudi gaming ecosystem is entering a mature operational phase, characterized by local studios transitioning toward developing globally competitive intellectual property. Merak Capital emphasized that its investment strategy reflects confidence in the team’s combination of creative originality, commercial discipline, and long-term execution capabilities.
