Jaid and DSKZ International Investment Partner to Accelerate Governed Agentic AI Adoption Across UAE, GCC, and Africa
ABU DHABI / LONDON — Governed work execution platform Jaid has announced a strategic partnership with DSKZ International Investment, a subsidiary of DSKZ Group, to accelerate the responsible deployment of governed agentic AI solutions across the United Arab Emirates, the wider GCC, and Africa.
The alliance aims to support public sector entities and regulated industries—including banking, insurance, healthcare, aviation, logistics, and energy—in introducing AI-driven autonomy while maintaining operational control, regulatory compliance, full auditability, and human oversight.
Within regulated environments, critical operational workflows often originate across fragmented, unstructured channels such as emails, documents, and messaging platforms. Jaid’s governed execution platform acts as a middleware layer between these communications and legacy enterprise systems, converting unstructured activity into controlled, auditable workflows executed jointly by human workers and AI agents.
Under the agreement, DSKZ International Investment will leverage its regional commercialization framework, investment capabilities, and government network to lead enterprise engagement, capital access, and regional market development. Jaid will provide the underlying technical infrastructure, technical support, and product innovation.
