Napster and Kameha Ventures Forge Strategic Alliance to Establish UAE as Regional Hub for Embodied and Agentic AI
DUBAI / NEW YORK — Artificial intelligence specialist Napster, known for its embodied and multimodal agentic intelligence platforms, has entered into a strategic investment and operational partnership with Dubai based venture platform Kameha Ventures, led by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Manea bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, designating the United Arab Emirates as its official regional operational headquarters for the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The strategic alliance unites Napster’s deep proprietary stack in autonomous embodied agents, enterprise cognitive workflows, and multimodal interactive platforms with Kameha Ventures’ extensive institutional network, regional market access, and public private execution capabilities. Under the framework, Kameha Ventures will spearhead high level strategic relationships across federal entities, municipal authorities, sovereign wealth funds, and domestic enterprises, while Napster adapts its agent architectures to mirror domestic cultural nuances, Arabic linguistic variations, and national data sovereignty regulations.
The partnership coincides with aggressive national policy momentum surrounding cognitive computing. In May 2026, the UAE Cabinet enacted a federal framework mandating the integration of Agentic AI across ministries, establishing an ambitious target to transition 50 percent of government workflows and civic services into autonomous agentic models within two years. Simultaneously, Dubai launched a dedicated two year private sector adoption blueprint, anchored in the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 and the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence.
