UAE Artificial Intelligence Office Partners with Dell Technologies to Scale Agentic AI Across Government Operations
DUBAI / ROUND ROCK — The Artificial Intelligence Office in the Government of the United Arab Emirates has initiated a strategic collaboration with Dell Technologies to build sovereign technical capabilities, accelerate practical use case prototyping, and deploy Agentic AI solutions across federal and local public administration frameworks.
The partnership was formalized during a high level official delegation visit to the United States comprising more than 50 Chief AI Officers and government leaders representing UAE federal and local entities. Organized by the UAE Artificial Intelligence Office in coordination with the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, the mission focuses on translating global deep tech breakthroughs into scalable, sovereign administrative applications, supporting the national target of transitioning 50 percent of government operations into autonomous, agentic operating models within two years.
Under the agreed collaboration, Dell Technologies will work alongside UAE government bodies to transition agentic artificial intelligence concepts from experimental validation into live, secure production environments. The operational scope encompasses:
Organizing specialized practical workshops and knowledge exchange tracks centered on autonomous agent architectures for government entities.
Providing strategic engineering guidance to evaluate use cases and structure flexible, secure infrastructure deployments that maximize institutional return on advanced technology investments.
Facilitating access to the Dell AI Factory, an integrated full stack ecosystem combining high performance compute infrastructure, data management platforms, and enterprise tooling designed to train, deploy, and govern agentic models at scale.
Dr. Abdulrahman Al Mahmoud, Director at the Artificial Intelligence Office in the Government of the UAE, affirmed that the nation maintains a proactive methodology in modernizing state functions. Al Mahmoud emphasized that international public private partnerships serve as an essential catalyst for upskilling national talent, enabling domestic engineering leaders to steer the operational shift from static conversational models toward autonomous agentic workflows that optimize constituent services.
Walid Yehia, Managing Director for the South Gulf region at Dell Technologies, stated that the UAE has established an ambitious global benchmark for digital governance. Yehia noted that the true value of cognitive computing resides in converting ambitious strategic roadmaps into resilient, production ready systems, underscoring that the joint framework establishes unified technical baselines to elevate public sector productivity and long term global competitiveness.
