Zain KSA Deploys Nokia Deepfield Cloud Intelligence Across 100+ Saudi Cities to Drive Real-Time Network Analytics and AI-Ready Infrastructure

RIYADH — Saudi telecommunications and digital services provider Zain KSA has deployed Nokia Deepfield Cloud Intelligence across its nationwide communications infrastructure, scaling real time operational visibility, automated traffic engineering, and performance optimization to more than 100 cities throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The nationwide deployment provides Zain KSA’s network operations teams with granular telemetry tracking over the health, latency, and throughput of data traversing its backbone. By integrating Deepfield’s multidimensional traffic analysis architecture, the operator secures comprehensive visibility into over the top (OTT) multimedia flows and distributed cloud applications, allowing engineering teams to identify congestion bottlenecks and latency spikes proactively before end users encounter service degradation.

Beyond real time traffic anomaly mitigation, the platform ingests and correlates massive operational datasets across physical and virtual network tiers. This structured telemetry foundation provides high fidelity operational data streams directly engineered for advanced network analytics and downstream artificial intelligence pipelines. The capability supports automated routing adaptations, capital expenditure optimization, and the rapid incubation of next generation digital services aligned with the digital transformation targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

Sultan Mohammad Alsabhan, Vice President of Technology Operation at Zain KSA, stated that as enterprise and consumer digital requirements surge in volume and technical complexity, deep network intelligence serves as the foundation for operational resilience. Alsabhan noted that deploying Nokia Deepfield Cloud Intelligence provides precise, real time visibility into emerging traffic demands, advancing Zain KSA’s institutional transition toward an autonomous, artificial intelligence ready national network.

Mikko Lavanti, President of Middle East and Africa and Managing Director of Nokia’s Regional Headquarters in Saudi Arabia, underscored that communications infrastructure represents a service provider’s most critical commercial asset. Lavanti affirmed that equipping Zain KSA with real time operational insight accelerates the carrier's strategic evolution toward a software driven, cognitive architecture capable of delivering consistently high quality service across the kingdom's urban centers.
