DTS Solution Showcases AI Security and CBK CORF Resilience at CYSEC Kuwait as National Cyber Market Targets $1.78 Billion
KUWAIT CITY — Regional cybersecurity advisory, consulting, and engineering provider DTS Solution reinforced its operational footprint across the northern Gulf by presenting its offensive testing, managed defense, and regulatory readiness capabilities at CYSEC Kuwait 2026, held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kuwait City.
Convened under the thematic mandate of fortifying Kuwait’s digital horizon, the summit brought together public sector executives, financial technology leaders, and critical infrastructure operators to address emerging cyber risk parameters. The gathering coincided with rapid sectoral acceleration, with market intelligence from MarketsandMarkets projecting Kuwait’s domestic cybersecurity sector to expand from $998.6 million in 2025 to $1.78 billion by 2030, reflecting a compound annual growth rate of 12.2 percent fueled by sovereign cloud migration, artificial intelligence integration, and rigorous supervisory standards.
At the summit, DTS Solution exhibited its end to end cyber resilience architecture, highlighting specialized capabilities across red teaming, penetration testing, virtual CISO advisory, and its proprietary HawkEye AI SOC. The platform pairs autonomous artificial intelligence threat detection with human analytical intervention to deliver twenty four seven threat hunting and rapid incident mitigation. Addressing the emergence of cognitive technologies, the firm showcased its S3CURE/AI practice, which conducts large language model assessments and generative artificial intelligence red teaming backed by its institutional ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for artificial intelligence management systems.
Discussions at the summit focused heavily on navigations through the Central Bank of Kuwait’s Cyber and Operational Resilience Framework (CBK CORF), introduced in December 2025 to supersede the 2020 cybersecurity guidelines. Encompassing 27 domains and 876 controls across cyber resilience, operational continuity, and third party risk, the framework mandates independent validation across domestic and foreign banks, financing houses, exchange networks, and open banking platforms operating in Kuwait. Parallel sessions examined the SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP) v2026 attestation cycle, which requires mandatory independent audits before submission.
Vahe Daghlian, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of DTS Solution, stated that as Kuwait accelerates capital deployment into sovereign cloud and cognitive automation under national transformation benchmarks, cybersecurity postures must transition from theoretical policy compliance toward empirically validated defenses. Daghlian emphasized that institutional leaders require absolute operational certainty that controls can withstand realistic adversary campaigns without stifling technology adoption.
Rizwan Tanveer, Lead Consultant for Cybersecurity GRC at DTS Solution, noted that CBK CORF establishes a significantly broader regulatory envelope than prior frameworks. Tanveer affirmed that the principal operational challenge confronting regional financial entities centers on validating that deployed defensive layers function under active stress, positioning independent adversarial testing and continuous surveillance as non negotiable components of regulatory compliance.
