SpaceX Beats Wall Street Consensus with $14.6 Billion Q3 Revenue as Super Intelligence Division Surges 830%

NEW YORK — Space Exploration Technologies has reported record financial performance for the third quarter of 2026,delivering consolidated quarterly revenue of $14.6 billion, comfortably surpassing Wall Street consensus expectations of $12.87 billion. The financial print represents an accelerating top line expansion of 161 percent year over year, driven by explosive enterprise adoption across its newly consolidated artificial intelligence infrastructure vertical alongside continuing subscriber growth across the Starlink constellation.

The aerospace and technology conglomerate demonstrated significant bottom line expansion, swinging from an operating loss in the corresponding prior year period to deliver GAAP net income of $4.4 billion, more than doubling equity analyst projections of $1.88 billion. The company posted adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.35, outperforming consensus estimates of $0.15, while adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) advanced 306 percent year over year to reach $8.8 billion.

The primary engine of quarterly growth was the company’s newly consolidated Super Intelligence (SI) division, which generated $7.6 billion in quarterly revenue, exceeding consensus estimates of $6.3 billion and representing an 830 percent annual surge. The division, which integrates frontier AI models, specialized cloud computing infrastructure, and developer platforms including the newly acquired Cursor coding engine, now accounts for approximately 52 percent of consolidated corporate turnover. The rapid operational ramp reflects expanding enterprise compute contracts and broader commercial deployment of Grok foundational models across global enterprise clients.

The Connectivity business unit, anchored by the low Earth orbit Starlink constellation, delivered $5.2 billion in revenue, beating market consensus of $4.9 billion on 69 percent annual growth. Expansion was propelled by rapid global retail subscriber adoption, reaching 13.6 million consumer endpoints globally, alongside substantial multi year capacity agreements across commercial aviation, maritime shipping, and sovereign defense sectors. Meanwhile, the legacy Space division, encompassing Falcon 9 commercial satellite launches, national security payloads, and Starship development programs, contributed $1.8 billion in revenue, exceeding target projections of $1.43 billion.
